Drawing on years of clinical practice and physical training expertise, I don't just offer talk therapy—I design personalized, practical action plans built around the meaningful activities that bring you joy, focus, and resilience.

If you’re ready to stop just getting by and start actively building a life that feels balanced and grounded, let's connect.
